We use Adform AdServer to track campaign performance, but why?

We utilize Adform AdServer to monitor our clients’ campaign performance. It is crucial that the creatives and banners we upload to this platform adhere to specific requirements. These requirements are important for the success of a campaign, and for accurately tracking our clients’ performance.

For example: Banners that exceed the recommended file size can result in delayed loading on users’ browsers, potentially leading to the banner not being seen or HTML5 banners without a proper ClickTAG setup may prevent us from tracking the number of clicks received.

Therefore, compliance to the following guidelines is essential:

Basic Requirements

  • The landing page must open in a new tab or a new window.
  • Ads must be in these formats: html5 , *.jpeg, *.png, *.gif
[If multiple ClickTAGs/Links in the banner, please provide one HTML file, Wenn mehrere Verlinkungen gewünscht sind, bitte eine HTML-Datei anliefern]
  • The landing page must open in a new tab or a new window.
  • *.html ads must support the clickTAG(s) variable. (see the further guidelines below for HTML5)
  • Ads must be SSL-compliant (“HTTPS”).

Technical Recommendations:

  • Animation length suggested – less than 30 sec.
  • Initial load size – up to 150kb.
  • Total Creative size should be less 300kb.
